Are you a Hispanic small business owner? 

Are you interested in starting a small business?

This year for Giving Tuesday, Centro is helping a slice of the Hispanic community to GIVE BACK and be generous. Hispanic small business owners are invited to pay it forward by sharing their stories and answering the following questions:

• ·        Why did you start your business?

• ·        Who helped you? 

• ·        How do you give back to the community?

Centro will be collecting these stories and to help inspire others interested in starting a business. This will be a unique networking event to empower the Hispanic community!

Pan dulce & chocolate will be available, children are welcome and will receive a free book!

Centro welcomes financial donations on MARTES GENEROSO to help us secure our long term presence at Food For Greater Elgin, Centro's partner in serving new immigrant arrivals. Centro's office space expenses are not covered by other grants. Our goal is to raise $10,000, which will be matched by an anonymous donor for a total of $20,000.
