Requirements / Bring With You:

Birth certificate and one of the following documents: Passport or ID card 2 passport-size photographs for immigration

1 Prove your Venezuelan nationality

2 Proof of physical presence in the United States for the day: July 31, 2023

3 Proof of continuous residence in the United States from July 31, 2023 to the present.

4 If you were lawfully admitted to the country:

Copy of I-94, stamp of having been lawfully admitted to the country, and copy of visa

5 Proof of your current address:

Pay stubs, W-2s, lease, utility bill (water, gas, phone)

6 Travel to another country before coming to the United States

Name of the country, full date of entry and exit from the country and your immigration status (e.g. visitor, resident, or transitor, etc.)

7 Child: Full name, date of birth, and current address (biological children, stepchild, or adopted children)

Have not been convicted of a felony, some misdemeanors, or multiple misdemeanors. To determine if you qualify, you must bring the final disposition from the court.
